This week's episode of From the Kitchen

Roasted Tomatoes.   I used Romas because that's what the recipe called for. Didn't turn out quite as well as I would have hoped, but it shows some promise.  Not sure if I messed something up or I was expecting a different taste.  Eh, here's the photo..
