An Occasional Cookie

Tonight I thought I'd write about one of the newer businesses in town. It's a little bakery called An Occasional Cookie.


As their name implies, they make cookies. And nothing else. And they're pretty good cookies. You can check out their website here. They are currently featuring a strawberry pie cookie as well as a cherry tart cookie. (I should note that all the fruit used in these cookies are purchased from Paulus Orchards in Dillsburg. Yay for using local farmers! Below is a picture of the chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies that I picked up this morning. They were very good. This is what they looked like:
