And in other news I talked to my insurance company again and they advised me of my options. I can file the claim under my insurance, pay the deductible and get my car fixed. This would be the quick way to do things. Once my car was fixed, Geico would go to Allstate and try to get reimbursed for those expenses. I'm going the other way and filing directly with her insurance (Allstate) to have them pay the claim themselves. I will be talking with Allstate tomorrow and I'll let you know how that goes.
