RSVP

I'm listening to a sermon series right now from Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, and I wanted to just mention a quick point that they brought up.

They're talking about your heart as Christ's home and they are using an analogy of the rooms in a house, to teach. The first sermon on 05/01 was about "the invitation." And the point was made that when we invite Jesus in to our lives, we have RSVP'd with Him. Check out these acronyms:

That's good stuff to think about. It's also a reminder about the stuff we want to hold onto in our lives that's junk to God.
