Cooking with me

I thought I would go all domestic on my readers this morning by posting the recipe for blueberry sauce I came up with last week.
Ingredients:
1 pint of blueberries, fresh
2/3 Cup of sugar
2 Teaspoons of corn starch
1/3 Cup of water

Bring sugar, corn starch and water to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionaly. Stir in blueberries and bring to a full boil for two minutes, stirring constantly. Serve warm or refrigerate. Makes approx. 2 Cups.
