Cooking with me

Check it out! I made macaroni and cheese today using a combination of american, cheddar, monterey jack and.........ricotta cheese. I thought it turned out pretty well. It's pretty mild from a taste perspective, but it gives me something to work on (I almost added a can of Rotel - maybe next time).
