mind the gap: Picasa Anyone?

I was wondering if anyone has used Google's Picasa program. If so, how do you like it? I'm thinking about abandoning flickr.

On 20.6.06, stephen declared...: I don't like that their free service only allow you to have three sets at any one time. I know I could pay to upgrade, but I don't like to pay for things that I could get for free (free IS my favorite word..).

Yeah.... I guess to me the relative small cost is worth the convenience and features/functions of flickr. :)

On 21.6.06, stephen declared...: Ah yes! It's all about where we place value. And I happen to be bargain-oriented in many ways. I clip coupons on groceries and I always look for the best deal if I'm looking to buy music or clothing. I'm always keen to stretching my dollars.

All that being said, picasa doesn't work with my Opera browser. So my short-term solution is to just open a new flickr account. That should probably tide me over until the end of the year.
