Sorry for the delay, but I liked the question so I came to answer....
No.
Not to be judgemental, but it's why I don't adopt or foster children...it's tough raising children even as a couple. To do it as a single person is indeed a daunting task.
(oh, and don't stop at 20 more posts...or whatever the number is now)
