What's a concierge?

I'm working on the answer to that question. But said concierge has a lounge where it has free alchohol, mixed nuts and desserts. And this computer that I'm typing on. Too bad I don't have anything I need to print out. I'm on the seventh floor here. Come stop by and say hi. I wish I had my camera.

This was definitely an unexpected blessing. Now if I could only get them to open up the pool.......
