Ash Wednesday

So today is the first day of Lent. For the next 40 days, no candy and no fried foods for yours truely. I was thinking this might be easier than last year....but I think it will be harder. Not that I eat a lot of that stuff, but I do like it.

So I made a little calendar of prayer for Lent. As I stated last week, I was going to focus-pray (my new phrase) for friends and family during this time. So here's the calendar. For safety purposes (i.e. I try not to post my friend's names online), I'm using intials. If you see your initials and you want prayer for something specific, lemme know. That being said:
